What Straits Tours keeps when you book, ask or browse, and for how long.

Bookings and enquiries

We keep the name, email and message you send so that we can answer and, if you book, run the tour. Booking details are kept for the period the licence requires and then deleted.

Visitors

Ordinary web server logs are kept for security and troubleshooting and rotated regularly. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking scripts.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your details with stalls, hotels or anyone else. The only exception is where a route needs a ferry or a licensed operator, and then only the minimum needed to issue the ticket.

Removal

Write to hello@netsinga.com and we will delete what we are allowed to delete and tell you what the licence requires us to keep.
